Most Baroque Hour orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time includes preparing, quality-checking, and packing your jewelry before shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from delivery time.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order value, and current promotions. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during special campaigns.

How long will delivery take?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

What happens if my order includes a pre-order item?

If your order contains a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once all items are ready. At the moment, we do not support split shipments within one order. If you would like in-stock items to arrive earlier, we recommend placing them in a separate order.

Tracking may take a little time to update after shipment. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, please first check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. All product prices displayed on Baroque Hour include customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay, ensuring a seamless and worry-free shopping experience.
