1.Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.
We’ll start processing your order within 1–3 business days. You can later track your parcel using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
2.Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
You can also view your order and tracking information under “Orders”.
3.Shipping Costs & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order value and current promotions (such as free shipping thresholds during campaigns like Black Friday).
Below is a general guide to processing and delivery times:
- Shipping Cost: You will see the exact fee at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping above a certain order value or during special promotions.
- Delivery Time: Estimates only, and do not include the processing time. Local customs checks, holidays, or courier delays may extend the actual delivery time.
4.Important Notes
- Processing Time: The time needed to prepare, quality-check and pack your order (1–3 business days) is separate from the delivery time shown above.
- Made-to-Order or Customised Items: If your order includes customised or made-to-order pieces (such as length adjustments or special designs), please allow an extra 4–7 business days on top of the normal processing time.
- Delivery Address: Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. Changes requested after the order is processed may not be possible or could lead to additional charges.
- PO Boxes & Military Addresses: In many cases, our delivery partners cannot deliver to PO boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). If this affects your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative address.
5.Pre-order Items
If your order contains pre-order items (marked clearly on the product page), your entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
At the moment, we do not support split shipments within one order. If you need in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing them in a separate order.
6.Customs & Import Duties
Depending on your country’s regulations, your parcel may be subject to import duties, VAT or other taxes collected by local customs or the courier upon delivery.
- These charges are set and collected by your local authorities, not by Baroque Hour.
- We are unable to control, predict or include these fees at checkout.
- If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned to us, we can usually refund the product cost (once received and inspected), but shipping fees and any return-related charges may be deducted.

7.Delays & Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows no update for more than 7 business days, or if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please:
- Double-check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
- Contact the courier if there is a local delivery attempt or address issue.
- If the problem persists, email us at info@baroquehour.com with your order number and tracking details.
- We’ll do our best to help locate your parcel or arrange a solution.
