Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging. Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable unless otherwise specified.

Each Baroque Hour piece is made with natural baroque pearls, so slight differences in shape, size, surface texture, color tone, and luster are part of their natural beauty. These natural characteristics are part of what makes every Baroque Hour piece uniquely one of a kind.

Earrings may be returned only if they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging included. For hygiene and quality reasons, returns may not be accepted if items show signs of wear or use.
