Delivery and return
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact info@baroquehour.com with your order number before sending anything back.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos or videos.
