1. Order Processing
All Baroque Hour orders are carefully prepared and packed by our team. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During holidays, peak seasons, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is usually 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier conditions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after dispatch.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Baroque Hour is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
