Buying pearl jewellery online should feel exciting, not uncertain. It opens up a wider world of shapes, lustres and designs than any single shop window—but you cannot hold the piece, test the clasp or see its true scale against your body.

If you are buying from a seller for the first time, look for recent, specific customer feedback about description accuracy, delivery and after-sales support.
